Shipping
All orders are normally shipped the next business day via United Parcel Service (UPS) standard ground service. At your request, items can be shipped UPS next day, 2nd day or 3rd day. Most items can also be shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) parcel post, priority or express mail. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO or APO BOXES. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses or incorrect recipient names and addresses. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AT THIS TIME.Shipping Rates
 

Returns and Refunds
1) Return and Refund authorization numbers are required on all returned items. To obtain authorization number you can call or email our customer service department within 10 days of receipt of the product.
2) All non-defective returns will have a 20% restocking fee and must be complete and in its original packaging, unused and must be able to be resold as new.  It must be returned within 20 days of receipt of product
3) Any item defective must be returned within 20 days of receipt of product for exchange or refund.
4) Refunds: Your account will be credited for the total, minus any restocking fees and shipping, once we have received the return.
5) All returns must be returned freight prepaid.
6) Any opened Software is not returnable.

Damages
     Damages from delivery are the responsibility of the carrier. You are responsible for making claims with the carrier as soon as damage is detected. Save all packing, as it might be required for inspection by the carrier. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Backorders
     On the rare occasion that an item is on backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible with a tentative shipping date and will ship the item automatically. If you wish to cancel please notify us within 3 days of your notification date. However, if the backordered item will be more than 25 days, we will automatically refund your payment.
Payment
     Payments can be made by any of the following ways. Credit card, money order or cashiers check. Please note that paying by money order or cashiers check will delay your shipment. Item cannot be shipped until payment is received. We will notify you by email upon receipt of payment and when order is shipped.

Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. If order has been shipped you should refer to our return policy. Orders are normally shipped  the next business day.
